Fresh and Spicy Juice 

We’ll start nice and easy by discussing the components of this powerful juice, which you can use to save your skin on a daily basis. It’s both fresh and spicy, has a wonderful taste, and can be made using some things you probably have in your kitchen already.  


  • Six cups of grapes
  • One cucumber
  • One knob of ginger
  • ½ cup of radishes
  • ½ cup of watercress (kale can work as a substitute)

Why Use These Ingredients  

Each ingredient you use will have specific functions and reasons for why it was chosen for juicing, which are explained below. 

We’re using six cups of grapes because the seeds in them produce grape seed oil, which is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants are naturally found in the body and help to protect cells from free radicals, which are produced each time the body breaks food down, or when it’s exposed to radiation or smoke. 

The cucumber is highly useful for hydration since it’s made from 95% water, while also containing plenty of vitamins and minerals. Plus, cucumbers are great when it comes to promoting regular bowel movements and weight loss. 

We’re adding ginger to serve as a digestive assistant. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. Next are the radishes and the watercress (or kale if you prefer), which are rich in sulfur. This helps the body produce more collagen. 

Collagen helps the skin stay fresh looking and firm throughout the day. As a result, this juice can help you achieve glowing, healthy-looking skin that doesn’t just deliver the results of a facial on the outside — but on the inside too! 

To turn all these ingredients into juice, simply put them all together in your blender and start it up. Once you reach a smooth consistency, serve it in a tumbler or mug and drink it on a daily basis.
