Starting May 1, 2023 when making ANY type of appointment credit cards will be required in order to help with late cancellations.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments and twos policy helps other clients make appointments if we know of a cancellation in time.

Your card is only on file to reserve your appointment time,

You will NOT be charged at the time of booking. The card will only be charged if:

• Appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 50% of the cancelled service price.
