FOR BODY:
Mist evenly over desired area. Lightly massage in circular motion for 20 seconds. When dead skin cells start to come off, rinse. 

FOR FACE:
Spray onto hands, then lightly  massage over face for 10 seconds. Avoiding eyes and lips. When dead skin cells start to come off, rinse. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use more than 2x per week on face.
